"Baby Please" is "SalomÚ", "Did You?" is "Where Did It All Go Wrong" (both
B-sides for Even Better Than The Real Thing).
"California" is an early version of "Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses".
"Heaven Or Hell", which never made it to any official release, is commonly known
as "Heaven And Hell".
